Removing Leftover Moisture from HVAC Lines
Dean talks about why we are careful to remove all moisture from the lines when we perform and HVAC changeout.
Pulling the vacuum removes any moisture in the lines and from the coil underneath the house. Leaving moisture in the lines leads to the development of harmful acid once it mixes with the oil and refrigerant in the new system. Acid can destroy the compressor and cost the customer thousands of dollars in repairs.
Casey services believes in doing your changeout right the first time, because cutting corners in the short term can cost the customer thousands in the long run.
